Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MiRa Ventures, Inc. for the Wavelle app and website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Wavelle is a tracking and doctor-report tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Scores, predictions, screener results and reports are for information and to support a conversation with a qualified clinician. Wavelle does not give dosing advice or check drug interactions. Ask your pharmacist or doctor. Never delay or ignore professional medical advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wavelle. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please use Wavelle with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your data

Your data belongs to you and stays on your device and your own iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your device and Apple Account secure and for backing up your data.

Subscriptions

Wavelle Plus and Wavelle Family are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Wavelle under these terms and Apple's Standard EULA. Don't reverse-engineer, misuse or resell the app.

Disclaimers and liability

Wavelle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Reminders may not always fire (for example, if notifications are off). To the extent permitted by law, MiRa Ventures, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Wavelle in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
